Asteroid Flyby in 2029 to be Visible by Naked Eye

Remember that asteroid 2004 MN4 that was given some uncomfortably high odds of hitting Earth? Well, there is two bits of good news here - it's not going to hit Earth, but it will be visible to the naked eye on April 13, 2029. The 320 meter long body will pass Earth at a very close 36,350 km, just inside the orbit of geosynchronous satellites.

It will only be visible from parts of Europe and Asia, so book those hotels and flights now. Space.com has all the gory details.
